Return Policy


  • As a customer, you always have 30 days to buy from the moment you receive your order from us.

  • The product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as on delivery.

  • The product(s) must be in their original packaging and be intact with tags.

How do I register a return?

To register a return click here and follow the instructions below.


  1. In the e-mail field, enter your e-mail address, then click continue .

  2. You should now have received an email with a six-digit code to the email address you entered in the field.

  3. Enter the six-digit code in the box and then click send .
  4. Then click on the product(s) you want to register a return on.

  5. Select the return reason and any note if you have it.

  6. Then click on request return .

We have now received your return and you will receive a confirmation that your return has been registered on the email.

How do I post my return?

In order for us to accept your return, you need to stick on the return label, which you will find in your bag together with your order. Then hand the package in at the nearest PostNord agent if you are located in Scandinavia, we will send you a return confirmation with more information once your return has arrived at our warehouse.

Once we have processed your return, you will be refunded or have your invoice adjusted. If you have not already paused your invoice with Klarna, we recommend that you do so until you have received confirmation of the return. If you have used a debit card, it will take a couple of banking days before you have money in your account again.

If you have chosen to change the size of your product, your invoice will not be updated or sent out again, you will keep and pay your original invoice. Within a couple of days, we will send you a package with the new size.

For handling our return service, we charge a fee of 5 EUR in connection with the refund of the products that are returned. Refunds only take place after we have received and checked the products.

How much does it cost to make a return?

When you as a customer use our return service, we charge you SEK 49. This amount is deducted in connection with the refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Reimbursement of the returned products takes place after we have received and checked the products. Any cost for shipping always remains and is not refunded.

How do I exchange a product?

We do not handle direct exchanges in our stock, so there will be two separate orders. If you wish to make an exchange, you can return your product/products and then place a new order on our site.

What do I do if my product is defective?

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at customer service and we will help you.
